Contract Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location-Remote

 

Job Description:

 

The contract recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting for multiple positions for a behavioral healthcare client. The recruiter will need to possess a strong sales ability in a way to sell opportunities to candidates and sell candidates to clients. Our client is a medium sized behavioral healthcare company who is seeking to hire multiple resources between now and the end of the year.

 

Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a healthcare recruitment role

· Previous consulting or contracting experience (preferred)

· Understanding of the Healthcare staffing market, ideally nursing and behavioral therapists

· Track record of billing and exceeding targets

· Proven success of delivering resources into the healthcare sector

 

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain extensive networks of healthcare candidates

· Search for suitable candidates through online tools (LinkedIn) and referrals

· Provide consultative advice to candidates

· Strong ability to successfully work with a candidate from initial identification to placement

· Leveraging technology and interesting & original marketing techniques to find candidates other’s can't!

 

Terms:

Duration-3+ months

This opportunity is being offered as a 1099 independent contractor role
